"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Sure thing. In the top corner there is a little person with a green light above him and friends written beside him. Click on that and it will bring up a list of people youring watching. Down the bottom of that is the add/remove button. You guessed it click here. And the artist search should be the first search engine on your right. Hopefully that helped but beware you need the exact name or it won't work.
